Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. "Processing time" is the time it takes for us to prepare and hand-finish your order for shipment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order is processed and handed to USPS, you can typically expect it to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
